Giosg.com is a technology company, offering a real-time analytics platform that businesses use to trigger service and conversion actions to online visitors at the right moment. The actions can be either manually programmed with a simple UI or can be optimised using a computer intelligence. Giosg.com tools are most commonly used to design and trigger Live Chat, CoBrowse, lead forms and personalised offers on the websites.
The company is headquartered in Helsinki, Finland, with offices in the UK, Sweden and Norway, and has over 600 business customers in 12 countries.
The UK subsidiary was opened in April 2016, and very quickly the real-time analytics platform offered by the company, became well recognised by the UK customers.
It was important for the management of Giosg.com Ltd to focus on the UK market, and because of that the company decided to outsource their administration department to EBS.
